Elysia is a special company, and one of which all of us here, are very proud! Family owned and supported, run under the guidance of our CEO, our management group lead their departments forward into Elysia's future.

Elysia's name was taken from the Goethe poems on the theme of Elysium, which refers to the striving to reach paradise. Paradise, we have found, is the beautiful Worcestershire countryside we work in. Day to day, we are all working hard to ensure that putting the needs of human beings at our centre (our co-workers, our customers and anyone who meets us), our company becomes the national, ethical, organic and natural company to work for and to purchase from. Some of Elysia's brands have been established for over sixty years - pioneers in the organic, ethical, sustainable movement, as Elysia has pioneered since its birth in 1994. Elysia are a well rooted, forward thinking, modern protector of 'loving your work'! Our brands include:

• Dr.Hauschka: The skin possesses its own powers of nurture and regeneration. What makes the Dr.Hauschka Skin Care products unique is that not only do they support these functions, but they are made from high quality natural ingredients, harvested according to the natural rhythms of the earth and contain no chemical or synthetic fragrances, colours or preservatives. All Dr.Hauschka Skin Care products carry the BDIH seal, certifying that they are natural products and have not been tested on animals.
• Liv: Liv's collection of clothing, bedding and towels offer the conscious consumer something to celebrate. Made from certified 100% organic Fairtrade cotton, Liv allows you to be both stylish and eco-conscious.
• Speick: Speick (pronounced spike) is a range of men's skin care products produced by Walter Rau in Germany. All products contain Speick plant extracts, derived from organically controlled and cultivated wild harvesting. Speick is a small alpine plant is recognised traditionally as a medicinal plant. The essential oil is used because of its harmonising effect. The products are not tested on animals. Walter Rau also produce a range of pure plant oil soaps.

What happens next?

If your application is successful you will be invited to attend the first stage of the selection process where you will:

• Take a tour of the company
• Meet the team you might one day be working with
• Undergo a practical assessment
• Attend an interview

Some of the positions we have e.g. Management and some others may require you to attend a second stage which might for example require you to give a presentation based on a brief that we will have provided to you.

To help you on your way we have put together a few useful tips:

• Check your CV - dates: are you really still working for your last employer?
• Think about the questions you would like to ask us - we expect you to interview us too.
